  8.  This is the SAS/C version of WhirlGif 2.02.
  9.  I made it to cover the lack of an updated SAS/C version of WhirlGIF

  11.  The archive integrates the original WhirlGif.lha archive:
  12.  - unpack the original WhirlGif.lha to any directory
  13.  - unpack this archive to the same directory
  14.    (this creates the "src_202_sasc" directory)

  16.  Changes (be sure there are no changes in the core code).
  17.  - fixed a severe syntax error in the geek gadgets implementation.
  18.  - added version string.
  19.  - stripped smakefile: no more needed.
  20.  - compiled with sas/c 6.58
